Founder perks, also called startup perks or startup deals, are the credits, discounts and free periods that software and cloud providers give young companies so they adopt the product early. They are worth most in the first year, while a company is still choosing the tools it will keep.

Free to claim, but almost always time-limited. Credits expire, usually within one or two years, and discounts often cover the first year only. After that you pay the standard price, which is why every listing page here has a cost line saying what applies once the perk runs out.

Most programmes want a company that is young, small or recently funded, and many set a ceiling on funding raised or years since incorporation. The largest amounts are usually kept for startups referred by an investor, accelerator or partner portal. Each listing states the eligibility and the access route, so you can tell before you apply.

Open the listing and follow the link to the provider's own page. Some perks are claimed directly from the provider; others need a code from an accelerator, bank or perks portal, and those listings name the portal in the path. East Bridge Global is not paid to list any of them and cannot arrange access.

Credits are a balance you spend on the provider's product, such as cloud or API usage, and they expire. A discount takes a percentage off the price, usually for the first year. A free period gives you a paid plan at no cost for a set number of months. Credits are usually the largest in cash terms; discounts and free periods matter more for the everyday tools you keep.
