Affiliated with a GitHub startup partner; outside funding through Series B; new or returning to GitHub Enterprise, with no Enterprise subscription in the prior 6 months; no prior GitHub startup credits/licenses.

Risks and conditions
Partner affiliation is mandatory. Payment method is required and paid billing can begin after credits expire or are exhausted; enterprise support/data-residency options may not be included.
