Eligibility
Pre-Series B; founded within the past 10 years; associated with an approved AWS Activate Provider such as a VC, accelerator, incubator or other startup-enabling organization; valid Organization ID; Paid Tier AWS account; first application or request above prior cumulative credits.

Publish with the access requirement visible; route founders through the stated partner or intermediary.
