New/not previously paid Chargebee customer; member of a participating accelerator or VC portfolio; less than US$5 million raised. Companies above US$5 million may request a custom offer.

The threshold is cumulative invoiced revenue, not ARR or MRR. Partner affiliation is mandatory and ancillary/payment processor fees may still apply.
