Eligibility
VC-backed startup with at least US$1 million raised or participation in a recognized accelerator; early product/MVP stage; application review required. Existing Neon users may apply.

Risks and conditions
US$200,000 is a combined maximum, not necessarily US$200,000 from each vendor. Allocation and eligible services are determined by the vendors.
