Eligibility
Raised no more than US$10 million; operating website and company-domain email; new DigitalOcean team account with payment card; generally no prior DigitalOcean startup credits. Agencies, consultancies and similar service businesses are ineligible. AI-native startups receive priority consideration.

Risks and conditions
Public page does not disclose the exact award before review. Core credits generally have a US$10,000 monthly usage ceiling and exclude GPU products, third-party hosted AI models, Paperspace and Cloudways; GPU credits are separate.
