Eligibility

New Zendesk subscriber; company less than 10 years old; no later than Series B; generally fewer than 250 employees. Direct non-partner route is available to smaller startups, particularly those with 50 or fewer employees.

Risks and conditions

Hero copy refers to outside funding, while the FAQ says bootstrapped startups may qualify; Zendesk review is controlling. Teams of 50-249 employees require partner referral. A paid plan must be chosen to continue after the benefit.
