Eligibility
Recently institutionally funded pre-seed/seed startup, or Series A funded within the previous 12 months; founded within 5 years; no more than US$5,000 in prior Google Cloud credits; scalable product company; exclusions apply.

Risks and conditions
Year-2 benefit is a 20% usage offset, not a second blanket US$100,000 grant. Third-party models/marketplace costs and excluded services are not covered.
