Eligibility
Eligible entities with innovative products/services/technologies within RBI remit, test readiness, consumer safeguards and an exit plan under the enabling framework.

Risks and conditions
Sandbox graduation does not itself confer a licence or regulatory approval for unrestricted commercial launch.
