Up to one year of controlled real-user testing, regulatory oversight and mentoring, with possible conditional waivers or modifications to capital, reporting or licensing requirements and a defined exit assessment; no cash grant.
Eligibility
Nigeria-incorporated innovators, or firms licensed by an equivalent foreign securities regulator, testing an innovative Nigerian capital-market product; applicants must meet SEC governance, shareholder-funds, sponsored-individual and risk-protection requirements, including a fidelity bond of at least 25% of shareholder funds.

Risks and conditions
The initial assessment carries a non-refundable NGN 50,000 fee. Admission is not a licence, and capital, bond, personnel and reporting obligations are material.
