START track funding up to USD 1.1 million; GROW track up to USD 5.5 million, normally milestone-based. Non-cash benefits include licence/renewal fee waivers, flexible entrepreneur/work visas, subsidised coworking and housing, talent support, and access to R&D grants and training.
Eligibility
Technology startups with scalable business models; START for earlier entry and GROW for scaling. Qatar establishment and due diligence apply.

Risks and conditions
Do not list the investment caps as grants. Only the fee waivers, subsidies and support services are non-dilutive.
