Eligibility
Individuals: team of at least 2, at least one Malaysian and one Malaysia resident. Companies/LLP/enterprise/Sdn Bhd: under 5 years, accumulated revenue below RM3 million, IP rights, no other company holding 25% or more; local-employment conditions apply if under 51% Malaysian-owned.
