Eligibility
Single startup or SME in an EU Member State or Horizon Europe Associated Country; individuals may apply if they will establish an eligible SME; small mid-caps are investment-only; UK applicants are grant-only.

Risks and conditions
Only the grant component is equity-free; users should not label the optional investment as non-dilutive. Full proposals require a successful short-proposal GO.
